Agricultural operations in particular are increasingly transforming into high-tech farms. In this context, one often speaks of mobile or precision farming. The fields of application are diverse: digital maps can help managing agricultural land, drones monitor the condition of plants and software can display the yield of harvested grain in real time.
With our SCORPION rugged tablets and handhelds, you can bring the technology you need to the field to benefit from the advantages of digitized agriculture. Use geographic information systems (GIS) or mobile special applications, manage cultivated areas or store data records on harvest results or fertilizer inputs directly on site.

GPS support at the field
With the integrated GPS interfaces of our SCORPION models, you can carry out field measurements or use parallel driving assistants. This way, straight rows can be driven on fields, which on the one hand reduces the wear and tear on the equipment and on the other hand allows seed or fertilizer to be spread in a more targeted and efficient manner.
Windows or Android OS
Our tablets and handhelds are available in versions with Android or with Windows operating system. This way we can guarantee, that you are able to use your preferred software.
4G- / LTE communication
The ability to receive mobile data via cellular is quite essential for use in outdoor environments. Therefore, all SCORPION models have a SIM slot and are LTE-capable.
Sunlight-readable outdoor tablets
Conventional mobile devices often reach their limits when used in the agricultural and forestry sector. The rugged SCORPION tablets and handhelds defy harsh conditions and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They have at least IP65 and MIL-STD-810G ratings. This means that the mobile hardware solutions are protected against water and dust, resistant to vibrations and can withstand drops from heights of up to 1.5 meters. Outdoor use requires not only extreme sturdiness of the devices, but also a durable display that is easy to read even in direct sunlight. Our outdoor-ready SCORPION models feature scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and a high brightness of up to 1000 nits. This guarantees a perfectly legible display from any angle. The tablets can be easily mounted on your tractor or other vehicles thanks to precisely fitting mounting accessories.
