Pre- and post-sales services
Open and trustful communication with our customers in every steps of our development and production chain is of utmost value to us. We provide technical consulting for any project or requirement as well as excellent support and RMA procedures. Our technical department provides drivers, documentations, user manuals, quick guides, software images, datasheets and updates for all major products or time-critical applications immediately.

The provision of fast plug-and-play solutions eliminates the need for further customer-side configuration, installation or modification of the products. This relieves the burden on purchasing departments and IT engineers, while reducing costs and optimizing time-to-market on our partners side. Individual solutions
Customization
In addition to standard IT engineering, system design and transparent testing procedures (e.g. EMC, electrical safety, noise emission, load tests, etc.), we remain flexible in regards to possible changes. All systems are developed according to international standards, so certifications and registrations by our partners are easy to handle. After meeting a certain order quantity, customer-specific adaptations such as company logos and color changes can be arranged.
Serial production
Our customers also benefit from our own production facility, which enables a seamless transition between development, serial production and load testing. Thanks to flexible production processes, we can manufacture and/or modify both small batches and large series reliably and on schedule. Our ESD-protected production facility meets the highest quality standards and secures all hardware at all stages of production. All our computer systems undergo a 24-hour stress test in a closed area.

Hardware and software development
